  • October 21 - San Diego Planning Commission unanimously approves Coastal Development and associated permits
  • August 6 - Procopio on behalf of Save the Field appeals the July 19 court order
  • July 20 - DMUSD begins process to resubmit Coastal Develoment Permit Application
  • July 19 - Court order stating that DMUSD has fully complied with CEQA
  • June 30 - DMUSD Governing Board of Trustees approves focused Environmental Impact Report
  • February 11 - DMUSD Governing Board of Trustees directs staff to work with the District's environmental constultant to prepare a focused Environmental Impact Report
  • February 8 - DMUSD receives the Court’s Judgment requiring further study of 3 items and determining that the remaining issues do not result in potentially significant impacts (including some of the key contentions about setbacks, fire safety, and recreational impacts)
