2017-2018 After School Care Registration Opens March 20, 2017.
The deadline to register for the After School Program is August 1, 2017 for anyone needing care beginning the first week of school (August 28, 2017). After that date, registrations will continue to be accepted but enrollment is subject to space availability and a later start date. Once the school year begins, registration requires a minimum one week notice. A students' start date may vary depending on space availability and staffing at a school site after the school year begins.
Please note: Wednesday care is highly popular due to the early release. Due to physical space on campus, as teachers are still working in their classrooms and having meetings in large spaces like the MUR, students who are enrolled after August 1, may be placed on a waiting list until space becomes available.
Cancellations of care will not be accepted after May 2 of the current school year.
EnrollmentEnrollment in the Del Mar Union School District after school child care program is offered on a space available basis only.
Child care is offered on non-school days such as Thanksgiving and spring break. Please carefully review the Parent Handbook with additional information regarding the After School Program policies and procedures.
*A non-refundable registration fee of $75.00 per student is due at the time of registration for families with new enrollees. The fee for students re-enrolling from the previous school year is $50.00.
Online registration is currently available for returning families and new families for After School Care.
