Welcome to the small but mightiest school in the district!
Del Mar Hills is an amazing place for your family to spend their elementary school years. The Hills is a home away from home filled with dedicated parents and staff making it such a wonderful place for our children to learn and grow. We are lucky to have a generous parent and staff community that give so much of their time, energy and creativity to help make our school a special place. We would like to take a moment to introduce you to two of the groups involved in creating a well-rounded education program: Del Mar Hills Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and Del Mar Schools Education Foundation (DMSEF).

We hope you will support our students by joining the PTA. We do not require you to volunteer or to attend meetings. Every membership makes a difference and 100% of your PTA contributions stay at our school. Please visit us online at www.delmarhillspta.org
Enriching Your Child’s Learning
The Del Mar Schools Education Foundation (DMSEF) raises funds to supplement our enrichment program called the Extended Studies Curriculum (ESC). This program provides credentialed teachers who work together with classroom teachers to enrich and extend the curriculum in the following subjects:
§ Integrated Arts
§ Physical Education
The students in our district are some of the brightest in the nation. Our goal is to keep them motivated and challenged by nurturing interests that go beyond reading, writing and arithmetic. With your help, we will continue to provide every student attending elementary school in the Del Mar Union School District with this important program. Del Mar Hills hopes to have 100% participation from parents. Keep in mind ANY size contribution will make a BIG difference to ALL the children at our schools. Please visit us online at: www.DMSEF.org.
