Back to School Packet
This is your Official Back to School Packet containing important annual notifications from your school that require your signature.
Because all students are beginning this school year in a remote-learning setting, hard copy forms will not be distributed this year. Instead, all forms are located here for your review and signatures.
Please read all required documents below, then complete and sign the four forms below, either by typing on your computer or printing a copy and filling them out by hand. Then save a copy and email it to your school, or bring a hard copy to your school's front office. If you are unable to save or print the required forms, hard copies are available at the district office and at each school site.
Please return all three forms to the school by Monday, August 31, 2020.
