    TIME SENSITIVE

    Dear Del Mar Families,

The DMUSD After School Programs is preparing to operate in-person After School Care beginning the first day that Del Mar Schools return to in-person instruction on September 8th. Registration is open now, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, the After School Program will be modified in order to align with guidelines from the CDPH and HHSA. These changes will significantly impact the number of students we can serve, with capacity going from 1200 to below 400. With the safety of students and staff as the priority, the ASP has been modified as such:

    1) Only 5 day per week, full-time schedules accepted.

    2) The cost of care has been temporarily adjusted due to low student/staff ratio requirements to $180 for 5-day per week care ($230 for any Kindergartner, through October 2, 2020).

    3) Care hours will be from school dismissal – 6:00 pm.

    4) Cohort-based static groups of 14 per room per one staff member.

Please use this link to your DCW Parent Portal to register if you already have an account.

If you do not have a DayCare Works account, please use this link to register and create one now.  Please note that DCW will not allow you to create a duplicate.

We are so pleased to welcome your student into our program after the uncertainty of the past six months, and appreciate your continued patience in the process.

*ASP WILL BE "COHORT-BASED" ACCORDING TO GUIDELINES
*ASP WILL REQUIRE 5-DAY PER WEEK REGISTRATION UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
