Employee Assistance Service for Education (EASE)
Employee Assistance Service for Education (EASE)
Employee Assistance Service for Education (EASE) provides confidential support and resources to help employees and their household members address personal, family, and work-life needs. Through the Employee Assistance Program, employees have access to counseling services as well as legal and financial consultations, parenting and eldercare resources, pet-care referrals, identity-theft support, and other helpful resources.
Employees have access to six counseling sessions at no cost. EASE can also help connect employees and their household members with additional mental health professionals and community resources when needed.
EASE is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you or a family member needs help finding mental health or substance use treatment or accessing food, housing or low-cost medical and dental care, Care Solace can help you quickly find options matched to your needs regardless of the circumstance. Care Solace is a complimentary and confidential service provided to students, staff, and their families by Del Mar Union School District. Care Solace’s team is available 24/7/365 and can support you in any language.
