Staff Help Desk
The DMUSD Technology Help Desk is available to assist employees with technology-related issues. This service enables the Technology Department to address Help Desk tickets or respond to email requests (help@dmusd.org) related to software (e.g., Outlook, Synergy, or Google) and hardware (e.g., Chromebooks, MacBooks, iPads, or Clear Touch displays).
Two ways to contact the Technology Help Desk:
- Visit the DMUSD Technology Help Desk online at https://dmusd.samanage.com (log in with your computer username and password).
- Email the Technology Department at help@dmusd.org. Please include school name and room number.
