Catapult-Connect Messages
The Del Mar Union School District uses the Catapult-Connect messaging system to send voice and email messages to parents and staff. All email messages are analyzed through automated algorithms to determine an email's validity. On occasion, due to multiple factors, and email can get marked as spam and delivered to the user's spam folder instead of their inbox.
Each email system has a feature to always allow email messages from specific senders to be marked as valid and delivered to your inbox. We recommend that you use those features to ensure that any email sent from the @catapult-connect.com domain gets delivered to your email inbox.

Create a filter for the address
Create a filter to tell Google Gmail to allow email from @catapult-connect.com.
- Click the cog icon in the top-right corner, and then Settings
- Click on Filters and then Create a new filter
- Either
- enter @catapult-connect.com in the From field or
- Click Create filter with this search
- In the box headed When a message arrives that matches this search select Never send it to spam
- Click the Create filter button
